How long are the rental periods?

Rental prices periods are for 24hrs. However you are welcome to book for as many days as you like if available

What is your cancellation policy?

You many cancel your event with GameKings up to 30 days in advance with no penalty. Orders cancelled 5-29 days in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled 5 days or less before the event are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

What if there is inclement weather on my delivery day? In the case of bad weather, you may reschedule your event up to 24 hours before your event. You may reschedule on any day that we have the equipment available up to 60 days in the future.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free on rentals for up to a 20 mile radius from our warehouse LOCATION. Delivery fees are charged and increase with the distance traveled.

Can I pick up my rentals?

At this time we do not offer pickup but plan to in the future

How do I confirm my event?

Events are confirmed through a signed rental proposal and payment. You will receive an email confirmation after booking

What other fees are there in addition to rental price?

Only additional fee will be sales tax and setup (if selected).GameKings will provide a complete quote for you at time of booking so you know exactly what your final price is.

How far in advance do I need to book my event?

Please make your reservation as soon as possible. Our units sometimes book up weeks, or months in advance. If you would like a specific item, we recommend you make the reservation as soon as you know the date of the event. It is important to remember that the holiday months book quickly, so it is highly recommended that you book those events as early as possible.
